Expect some issues with room conditions. one guest reported a strong smell of mould and non-functional air conditioning during hot weather. light problems seem to plague the place, with some rooms having malfunctioning fixtures that went unresolved throughout the stay. Communication appears scattered, as various staff members were unaware of reported issues, making for an uncoordinated experience.

Breakfast with a side of charm
The standout feature of my stay was the delightful breakfast at Bisou Bisou, where the charming Maître D' made each morning special with her infectious energy. The rooftop pool was also a relaxing escape after a busy day.
There were challenges with the television setup, making it difficult to enjoy personal entertainment, and the semi-transparent toilet door left much to be desired in terms of privacy. Parking was also a hassle at check-in.

Stayed in a One King Standard Balcony Room for 1 night. The room was super spacious and really clean. LOVED the auto opening blinds and USB ports next to the bed! And the bathroom? Amazing with a large, modern shower. The mini bar was fully stocked, but yeah, the prices were a bit steep. All in all, a comfy and modern setup!
